We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Camerons Troon. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions.
Returns
- Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase or delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Right to cancel online orders
If you bought online, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the items. We will refund the purchase price and standard delivery cost to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us first and we will do our best to help.
Faulty items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
